Who we are

This website is run by [[OWNER TO PROVIDE: the registered company name and its postal address]]. On this page, “Atsolute”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

This notice covers this website only. How the Atsolute calling service handles information about a business's own customers is set out in [[OWNER TO PROVIDE: where the calling service's data terms are published, or how a customer asks for them]].

What this website collects

• No account, no cookies, no tracking. The site has no sign-in, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising tools.
• One note in your browser. The site remembers, for the current browser tab only, that the opening titles have played, so that they do not play again. Your browser discards it when you close the tab. It is not sent to us.
• The demo form. The form at the end of the home page asks three questions: what you would use Atsolute for, your preferred language, and your approximate monthly call volume. This website does not store your answers. They are added to the link that opens our booking calendar, so that they arrive with your booking.
• Booking a demo. Demos are booked through Calendly, whose page opens when you press “Book a demo”: in a new tab, or in this one if your browser does not allow a new tab. What you enter there, such as your name, your email address and the time you choose, is collected by Calendly, and we see it there in order to hold the demo. How Calendly handles it is set out in Calendly's privacy notice.
• Writing to us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
• The demos on the page. The voice demo, the dashboard and the playground run in your browser. The names, businesses, amounts and conversations in them are illustrative samples, not real people. What you type into the playground is not sent anywhere.
• Delivering the page. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and details of your browser in order to send you the page. [[OWNER TO PROVIDE: whether server logs are kept or reviewed, and for how long]]

Why we use it

We use what you give us when booking to prepare for and hold your demo, and what you email us to reply to you.

[[OWNER TO PROVIDE: the legal basis for this use, if the law in the countries you serve requires one to be stated]]

Who receives it

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Calendly, when you book a demo. Nothing reaches Calendly until you press “Book a demo” and its page opens: no part of it is loaded into this website.

This website makes no requests to any other company: its fonts, scripts and images are its own.

[[OWNER TO PROVIDE: the countries in which these providers process information, if that has to be stated]]

Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets no cookies. The one thing it keeps in your browser is the note described above, which lasts until you close the tab.

How long we keep it

This website keeps nothing itself. [[OWNER TO PROVIDE: how long booking details and emails are kept]]

Your choices

You can read the whole site and try every demo without giving us any information. The three questions on the demo form are optional.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to contact@atsolute.com.

[[OWNER TO PROVIDE: the rights that apply in the countries you serve, and how long a reply takes]]

Children

This website is written for businesses. It does not ask for anyone's age.
